In order to FUND the LAUNCH activities for our Road Safety product, we are establishing a CROWD FUND which will ultimately benefit from a SHAREHOLDING stake in the enterprise and consequently will receive ANNUAL Dividends from Profits from trading.

Our BUSINESS PLAN is available for review by interested parties. Our Business Plan is CONSERVATIVELY based and actual performance could be significantly BETTER than currently projected.

Based on our conservative FORECASTS the new business will return PROFITS of £180,000 in YEAR 1 and in YEAR 2 and every year thereafter PROFITS will rise to £860,000.

The CROWD FUND will be ALLOCATED a percentage of the Ordinary Shares in the business. The allocation will DEPEND on the TOTAL SUM that the CROWD FUND achieves, and will be MINIMUM 5% of the Shareholding and MAXIMUM 9% of the Shareholding.

SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERS will receive DIVIDENDS completely proportional to THEIR SUBSCRIBED SUM as a proportion of the TOTAL CROWD FUND SUM. A full explanation of the mechanics can be found on the LINK below as a PDF document.
